Applications run through the Olympic Multi-Family MGMT portal. You will need identification, proof of income and rental history.
Get your keys
Your covered parking space is assigned at move-in. The washer and dryer are already in the apartment, so is the pantry, the fireplace and the deck storage.

Landis pointe is very good place to live and the landlord is very nice and so is management. My significant and I been here for seven years. Haven’t had any problems or complaints. They try to get things done in timely manner.

I was a previous tenet for a while, lived there for about 3ish years and had a very nice time while I was there. Was usually kept on the clean sides. Parking was usually my only main issue, if you have more than one vehicle than it might not be the best apartment complex. But, on the good note.
