“As a former resident I truly appreciated the support from the manager and maintenance staff. Every time I needed something fixed or looked at it was taken care of in a timely manner and fixed correctly. We always had good communication with our manager, Jean, and she truly cares for each of her residents. She has the warmest heart and takes care of the place like it’s her home. The complex is quiet and serene. It is well maintained by groundskeepers and the apartments never look run down. I loved living there.”

“Landis pointe is very good place to live and the landlord is very nice and so is management. My significant and I been here for seven years. Haven’t had any problems or complaints. They try to get things done in timely manner.”

“I was a previous tenet for a while, lived there for about 3ish years and had a very nice time while I was there. Was usually kept on the clean sides. Parking was usually my only main issue, if you have more than one vehicle than it might not be the best apartment complex. But, on the good note. Jean was amazing as a landlord, always forgiving when stuff went wrong.”
